A global logistics and supply chain services provider is seeking an Operations Manager to join its established site in Toulouse. The Role

The Operations Manager will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a logistics facility, overseeing inbound, storage and outbound activities to ensure contractual, operational and financial commitments are met. The role involves leading and developing the operational team, planning labour requirements, forecasting volumes and maintaining effective control of processes across the site.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and customer representatives, the Operations Manager will play a key role in maintaining service performance, managing costs and driving improvement initiatives across productivity, quality, velocity and cost. The position also carries responsibility for P&L performance, capital expenditure planning and ensuring compliance with safety, legal and company standards.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in an operational leadership role within logistics or warehousing environment. They will demonstrate strong people leadership, sound financial awareness and the ability to manage complex processes with structure and discipline. Experience working directly with customers, leading improvement initiatives and operating within a performance-driven environment will be essential. Fluency in English is required, with experience in multinational or multisite organisations viewed favourably.
